Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. To request a return, please email info@azeeza.us with your name, order number, and item(s).

Once approved, a prepaid return label will be provided for domestic orders. A $12 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process.

All sale items and international orders are final sale.

Returned items must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in original condition. Original packaging should be included where provided.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Tracking details will be sent upon dispatch and are available in your account.

Azeeza is not responsible for delivery issues related to carrier delays, shipment release without signature, or incorrect shipping information.

We ship internationally. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are final sale.
